What is EFT?
EFT, Emotional Freedom Technique, is a simple and powerful way to quickly release stress, anxiety, negativity and many other emotions, so you can love, work and play your best to be your best person.
EFT Tapping
The basic idea is that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system.”*** Stimulation of the ancient Chinese energy meridians by tapping in a systematic pattern rebalances the energy flow, which releases the negativity.
